BD Director
1. Responsible for the day-to-day sales management in the respective area.
2. Solicit new business and retain, penetrate existing business to drive growth.
3. Meet or exceed operational requirements: analytical reporting, cost initiatives, reviews.
4. Increase efficiency and effectiveness.
5. Strengthen customer relationship management.
6. Maintain knowledge of market trends, competitive actions, product needs, and customer base. Create sales plans and deliver accordingly.
7. Manage sales with General Manager, responsible for accurate sales forecasting.
8. Realize the yearly budgeted results in terms of volumes and market profit.
Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Science and/or Business Administration or related discipline
2. Working Experience: Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience, preferably in a technical service and/or marketing field.
3. Solid selling skills with a proven track record of problem solving and decision making ability
4. Result oriented.
5. Professional appearance with a can-do attitude.
